• 5+ years leading high-performing brand, creative, or events teams.
• Direct experience managing external brand media partners and agencies.
• Experience in SaaS or technology marketing is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the Canadian brand strategy to grow Employment Hero's presence.
• Lead a team to deliver creative campaigns supporting commercial goals.
• Partner with global teams for high-impact campaigns.
• Create an ongoing event series to establish authority in Canada.
