Job summary

Walmart Canada in Quesnel, BC, is seeking a Stockperson / Cartpusher to collect shopping carts from corrals, the parking lot, and store perimeter, returning them to storage areas using Walmart-approved procedures. The role involves standing, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collect shopping carts from cart corrals, the parking lot, and store perimeter, and return them safely to designated storage areas using Walmart approved procedures.
• Ensure required logs are completed accurately.
• Respond to customer and store needs, assisting customers with carry outs and carry ins and verifying receipts when required.
• Perform occasional cleaning and maintenance duties, including restrooms, following chemical handling and disposal guidelines.
• Complete required equipment inspections before use.
• Adhere to all safety and emergency protocols to maintain a safe environment for customers and associates.
• Use required personal protective equipment, including steel toe footwear and a reflective vest, and follow company safety policies.
• Be available for a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
