Job summary

Walmart Canada in Steinbach, MB is seeking a customer-service oriented Associate to stock merchandise and support store operations. You will greet customers, help locate products, promote services, and assist with purchase decisions while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Responsibilities include workload review, signing merchandise, managing shelves and fixtures, supporting the stock unloading process, and ensuring proper tools are available.

• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.
