Job summary

Walmart Canada Corp is hiring for a stocking associate in Pointe-Claire, QC. The role involves providing outstanding customer service, stocking merchandise, and supporting store operations to ensure product availability and a clean, safe shopping environment.

You will greet customers, assist with locating merchandise, review workload, and help prepare backrooms for stock unloading. Minimum pay starts at $18.75 per hour.

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

• 8.Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.75.
