Job summary

Walmart in Pincher Creek, AB is seeking a customer service-focused team member to greet shoppers, promote products, and assist with purchases. The role emphasizes accurate merchandise labeling, shelf maintenance, and adhering to safety procedures.

You will help prepare backroom stock, support the stock unloading process, and ensure fixtures and tools are properly used to keep the store organized and hazard-free.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.
