Job summary

Walmart Canada Corp in Niagara Falls, ON is seeking an Associate to provide customer service by stocking items, greeting customers and assisting with purchases in a safe, clean environment.

You will work as part of a team to plan duties based on workload, stock merchandise accurately, maintain shelves, support inventory processes, and help ensure a hazard-free store in alignment with company policy. Starting pay is CAD 17.75 per hour.

• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment by following company policy and procedures.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

What you'll do

• 1.Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• 2.Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• 3.Accurately signing merchandise.
• 4.Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• 5.Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• 6.Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• 7.Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• 8.Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75.
