Job summary

Walmart Canada in Nanaimo, BC is seeking a Retail Associate to provide customer service and stocking support in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, promote products, locate merchandise and help with purchase decisions while resolving issues as needed.

You will help review workloads, stock merchandise, and maintain clean, safe fixtures and displays. The role includes signing merchandise, supporting CAP/Viz processes, and preparing backroom stock unloading.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner and assisting with products/services.
• Review workload for assigned area(s) of the store and prioritize tasks.
• Accurately stocking merchandise and signing merchandise as needed.
• Maintain modular integrity and shelf capacity; minimize errors.
• Support the Customer Availability Process with picking bins and CAP/Viz.
• Ensure fixtures, supplies and tools are used properly; keep the work area safe and clean.
