Job summary

Walmart Canada in Laval, QC is seeking an associate to provide customer service while stocking picks and merchandise in a safe, clean environment. You will work as part of a team to plan and carry out duties based on workload and store operations.

The role emphasizes greeting customers, locating merchandise, promoting products, signing merchandise, and maintaining shelf integrity. A minimum experience with safety practices and teamwork is expected.

Qualifications

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions
• Resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

What You’ll Do
