Job summary

Walmart Canada in Fredericton, NB is seeking a dedicated Stock Associate to assist customers while stocking merchandise and ensuring a safe, clean store environment. You will greet customers, help locate items, and support the ordering and display processes to maintain product availability.

This position involves teamwork to plan daily tasks, sign merchandise accurately, and use proper fixtures and tools. You will participate in backroom stock unloading preparation and follow safety procedures

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise.
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors.
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary

This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.
