Job summary

Walmart Canada in Cobourg, ON is seeking an Associate to provide customer service and stock merchandise in a safe, clean environment. You will work as part of a team to plan and execute duties based on workload and operations in the store.

The role includes greeting customers, locating merchandise, stocking, maintaining shelf integrity, supporting stock unloading, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure as part of daily duties. The minimum wage starts at $18.10 per hour.

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary...

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

5.Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process.
6.Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
7.Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
8.Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.10.
