Job summary

Walmart Brooks stores in Brooks, AB is seeking an Associate to provide customer service and support stocking activities in a clean, safe environment. You will greet customers, stock merchandise, and work with the team to plan tasks based on workload.

Key duties include workload review, signing merchandise, maintaining fixtures, supporting CAP/VizPicking bins, and ensuring safety and proper backroom preparation for stock unloading.

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Reviewing workload for assigned area(s) of the store
• Accurately signing merchandise
• Maintaining modular integrity and shelf capacity errors
• Working merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins to support the Customer Availability Process
• Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
• Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

Position Summary…

To provide customer service by completing assigned stocking activities. This will be accomplished by accurately stocking picks and new merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

• 6.Ensuring proper fixtures, supplies and tools are used to complete necessary tasks.
• 7.Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• 8.Prepare backroom for stock unloading process.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15.
