Job summary

Walmart Canada in Brampton is seeking a Stock Unloader Associate to unload trailers, process merchandise, and move pallets to the sales floor while keeping a safe, clean workspace. You will support a positive customer experience and contribute to the store’s success.

Qualifications

• Able to unload merchandise and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Unloading Merchandise: Prepares and resets the Receiving Area and unloads general merchandise trailers, including completing live unloading of remaining merchandise.
• Handle and Move Merchandise Safely: Maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulls pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Stocking and Customer Support: Assists with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provides customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience.
• Overstock Organization: Labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Follows Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
