Responsibilities

• Provide customer service - prioritizing moments over task.
• Prepare backroom for unload readiness.
• Verify intact seal on warehouse trailers.
• Unload and sort RDC trailer - sort Breakpacks.
• Build and shrink wrap pallets.
• Pull carts and pallets to the salesfloor.
• Complete live unload, sort and stock of PDC/HVDC trailers.
• Ensure work area is neat, clean and organized.
• Validate trailer listings.
• Secure high-ticket merchandise in lockup.
• Complete Core App checklists.
• Clean receiving area.
• Dispose of cardboard or garbage in baler or compactor.
• Comply with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Label and place overstock merchandise.

Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks. Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

Be open to working a variety of afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
