Responsibilities

  • Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery. Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
  • Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
  • Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
  • Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
  • Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks. Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
  • Manages overnight hours effectively and planning accordingly to stay energized and focused.
  • Effectively manages work hours and plans ahead to maintain energy and focus throughout the shift.
  • Handles a fast-paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.
  • Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.

Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.

Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing

Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Support Customers and Team Operations

Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.

Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards
