What You'll Do...

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders

• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with careand accuracy to support on‑time delivery. Packs orders carefully by confirmingproduct selection, quantities, and product codes.

Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy

• Selects fresh, high‑quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slipsand shipping labels.

Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing

• Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining productquality and safety standards.

Support Customers and Team Operations

• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providingassistance and helping resolve issues when needed.

Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards

• Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safetyprocedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks. Demonstratesflexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, andcustomer satisfaction.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, andholidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the storeruns smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.

• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing productswith attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
