Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly by unloading trailers, processing merchandise, and moving pallets to the sales floor, all while maintaining a safe and clean workspace. What You'll Do
  • Receive and unload merchandise, preparing and resetting the Receiving Area and completing live unloading of remaining merchandise.
  • Handle and move merchandise safely, maintaining cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulling pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing.
  • Stock the sales floor as assigned and provide customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience.
  • Organize overstock by labeling and placing overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.

  • Perform repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
