Prepares and resets the Receiving Area and unloads general merchandise trailers, including completing live unloading of remaining merchandise. Handle and Move Merchandise Safely Maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulls pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing.
Assists with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provides customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience.
Labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management.
Follows Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
Manages overnight hours effectively and planning accordingly to stay energized and focused. Effectively manages work hours and plans ahead to maintain energy and focus throughout the shift. Handles a fast-paced workload with efficiency, ensuring large volumes of restocking and recovery are completed accurately and on time.
Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs. Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
