Job summary

Walmart Canada in Estevan is seeking a Stock Unloader Associate to unload trailers, process merchandise and move pallets to the sales floor, while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

  • Balance fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction and help resolve issues as needed.
  • Follow safety, food hygiene, and quality standards; operate equipment safely and perform safety checks.

Position Summary

Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. What You’ll Do
Pick, Pack and Prepare Customer Orders

Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery.

Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.

Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy

Selects fresh, high‑quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items.

Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.

Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing

Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

Support Customers and Team Operations

Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.

Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards

Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.

Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.

Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
  • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.

Physical Demands
  • Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $15.50.
