Job summary

Walmart Canada in Duncan, BC is seeking a Stock Unloader Associate to unload trailers, process merchandise and move pallets to the sales floor, keeping the workspace safe and clean.

You’ll support a positive customer experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining accurate overstock organization, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum pay starts at $18.40 per hour.

Position Summary…

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Receiving and Unloading Merchandise

Prepares and resets the Receiving Area and unloads general merchandise trailers, including completing live unloading of remaining merchandise.

Handle and Move Merchandise Safely

Maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulls pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing.

Stocking and Customer Support

Assists with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provides customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience.

Overstock Organization

Labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management.

Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment

Follows Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runssmoothlyand customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
