Walmart Canada is hiring for a Stock Unloader Associate at our Leduc store. You will unload trailers, process merchandise, and move pallets to the sales floor, supporting a smooth store operation and positive customer experiences.

You’ll also help with stocking, maintain cold chain standards for refrigerated items, and ensure displays and fixtures are secure. This is an active, hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment.

Position Summary

Working as a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada is an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on experience in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you play a key part in keeping the store running smoothly by unloading trailers, processing merchandise, and moving pallets to the sales floor, all while maintaining a safe and clean workspace. What You’ll Do

• Prepares and resets the Receiving Area and unloads general merchandise trailers, including completing live unloading of remaining merchandise.
• Maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulls pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assists with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provides customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience.
• Labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management.
• Follows Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard free workplace, including completing safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Physical Demands

• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.65.
