  • Turn marketing and customer insights into actionable priorities, setting objectives and KPIs for lead metrics such as paid channel feed performance & content quality, as well as SEO page performance/core web vitals and indexation.

  • Measure success by tracking improvements in organic visibility, paid media efficiency, cost per acquisition, and customer engagement.

  • Partner with marketing, data science, and engineering teams to design and deliver integrated solutions, including AI-driven optimizations at scale, signals & feeds enhancements, and cross-channel automation.

  • Drive adoption of new and emerging technologies to enhance marketing efficiency and personalization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish best practices for marketing performance tracking, automation, and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, paid marketing (Google Ads, Meta, Affiliates), and social media (Influencer content creation and storefronts).

  • Understanding of AI-driven optimization powering SEO at scale, as well as GEO to ensure content is cited/used in AI answers and AIO to ensure Walmart.ca content is broadly usable by AI.

  • Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, Appsflyer)

  • Ability to turn marketing strategies into technical product requirements and execution plans.
