Support Customers at Self Checkout Helps customers use self checkout quickly and confidently by offering assistance when needed, monitoring activity, and completing required checks. Clearly explain any interventions in a friendly, reassuring way and upscale cash or technical issues to the Customer Service Manager.
Respond to EAS Alerts and Complete Documentation Responds to EAS alarms in accordance with procedures and accurately completes the “Failure to Deactivate” log.
Manage Scan & Go Equipment Ensures Scan & Go scanners are returned to their designated storage locations after use.
Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
