• Helps customers use self checkout quickly and confidently by offering assistance when needed, monitoring activity, and completing required checks. Clearly explain any interventions in a friendly, reassuring way and escalating cash or technical issues to the Customer Service Manager.
• Responds to EAS alarms in accordance with procedures and accurately completes the “Failure to Deactivate” log.
• Ensures Scan & Go scanners are returned to their designated storage locations after use.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
