Job summary

Walmart Canada Corp is seeking a Produce Stocker to maintain a fresh, well-organized produce area and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will ensure proper pricing and signing, follow food safety and cold chain standards, rotate stock, and support displays to keep the department fully stocked. Minimum pay starts at 18.05 CAD per hour, with weekend and holiday shifts possible.

Responsibilities

• Keeps the produce department clean, organized, and neatly zoned so it is ready for customers at all times.
• Rotates products regularly and removes expired items to ensure freshness and quality.
• Makes sure all produce is correctly priced and signed, following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, labels, and signage.
• Follows food safety, sanitation, and cold chain procedures, including temperature checks, thermometer use, proper food handling, and compliance with sell by and expiration dates.
• Stocks and downstocks merchandise as needed, applies product protection when required, and sets modulars, including flex modulars and shelf caps, to keep the department fully stocked.
• Follows all Health and Safety policies to help maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
