Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Produce Stocker in Mission, BC to maintain a well‑organized, fully stocked produce area and deliver excellent customer service.

You will rotate stock, ensure freshness, price accuracy, and signage, and follow strict food safety and cold chain standards. You may work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Keeps the produce department clean, organized, and neatly zoned so it is ready for customers at all times.
• Rotates products regularly and removes expired items to ensure freshness and quality.
• Makes sure all produce is correctly priced and signed, following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, labels, and signage.
• Follows food safety, sanitation, and cold chain procedures, including temperature checks, thermometer use, proper food handling, and compliance with sell by and expiration dates.
• Stocks and downstocks merchandise as needed, applies product protection when required, and sets modulars, including flex modulars and shelf caps, to keep the department fully stocked.
• Follows all Health and Safety policies to help maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing

Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Standards
