Responsibilities

• Receive and process deliveries promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries, to move merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving area and complete documentation for returns, claims, and MTRs.
• Follow safe work practices and use equipment properly (box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to resolve receiving issues.
• Safeguard backdoor access and key controls to ensure security compliance.
• Follow cold chain procedures and document information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
• Train and support other Directs Store Delivery Associates on receiving processes and standards.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
