Wal-Mart Canada Corp is seeking an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to support online order processing in a fast-paced retail store environment in Saguenay, QC. • Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
• Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
• Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
