Position Summary

Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. An OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate picks, packs and dispenses online orders ensuring high-quality standard and accuracy while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you’ll do
  • Efficiently picks and assembles orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve “On Time” delivery to customers.
  • Packs orders with attention to detail including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, correct product codes.
  • Ensures that products picked are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.).
  • Correctly documents and labels all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  • Optimizes tote fill by packing orders in a space‑efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balances fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offers service, including supporting issue resolution.
  • Ensures strict adherence to safety and food‑hygiene standards, maintains a clean and hygienic work area, cleans spills and debris immediately, and ensures all totes are clean before packing. Operates material‑handling equipment safely and completes pre‑inspection checks before use. Exhibits behaviors that support the organization’s mission and core values.
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, efficiencies, customer satisfaction, safety, working conditions, and quality standards. Demonstrates flexibility in completing or adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.25. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
