Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders:

Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on‑time delivery. Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes. Ensures product quality and order accuracy by selecting fresh, high‑quality products and removing damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels. Maintains efficient and organized packing by packing totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards. Supports customers and team operations by balancing fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed. Follows safety, food hygiene, and quality standards by maintaining a clean and safe work area, following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks. Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.
