  • Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
  • Follows safety, food hygiene, and quality standards; maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use.
  • Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders
