Job summary

Walmart Canada in Shawinigan, QC is seeking a Stock Unloader Associate to unload trailers, process merchandise, and move pallets to the sales floor. You will help maintain a safe, clean work environment and support a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Handle and Move Merchandise Safely: Maintains cold chain standards for refrigerated and frozen products and pulls pallets of merchandise to the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Stocking and Customer Support: Assists with stocking the sales floor as assigned and provides customer service when needed to support a positive shopping experience.
• Overstock Organization: Labels and places overstock merchandise in designated areas to support efficient inventory management.
• Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Follows Company policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and hazard free workplace.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule): Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Demands
Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
