Job summary

Walmart Canada is seeking a Fashion Associate in Stratford, Ontario. You will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with locating merchandise and promoting products, and ensure fashion items are stocked and displayed according to standards.

You will contribute to a safe and clean store environment, maintain signage, and replenish seasonal merchandise as needed. This on-site position offers hourly pay starting at CAD 18.10.

• Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Processes and stocking all fashion merchandise.
• Keeps the salesfloor area clean and tidy for the customer.
• Merchandises non-modular fashion items.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Uses proper signage as the modular dictates.
• Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
