What you'll do...

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Secure and Manage Merchandise — Ensures high-ticket merchandise is properly secured in designated locations in accordance with Company procedures.
• Receive and Process Deliveries — Processes direct and local shipments promptly, including OMNI merchandise, alcohol, and warehouse trailer deliveries, to support timely movement of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Receiving Area Organization and Documentation — Maintains a clean and organized receiving area by preparing returns, claims, and MTRs for shipment and completing all required documentation accurately.
• Safety and Equipment Use — Follows and promotes safe work practices, including proper lifting techniques and safe use of box cutters, pallet jacks, ladders, and other equipment.
• Team Collaboration and Issue Resolution — Works closely with the Operations Manager and Office Support Associate to identify and resolve receiving issues or discrepancies efficiently.
• Security and Key Control Compliance — Safeguards backdoor access and key controls to ensure compliance with Company guidelines and security standards.
• Cold Chain and Quality Compliance — Follows cold chain procedures to maintain product quality, including documenting required information using the Receiving Temperature Log or Sure Check App.
• Associate Training and Support — Trains and supports other Directs Store Delivery Associates to ensure consistent adherence to receiving processes and standards.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) — Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runssmoothlyand customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
