Walmart Canada seeks a Dairy/Frozen Associate in Canada to deliver excellent customer service while keeping the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned. You will support stocking, ensure freshness, and keep the area customer-ready in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include rotating stock, signing and pricing merchandise, maintaining cold chain and food safety standards, and upholding merchandising and safety guidelines.

• Keeps the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to ensure it is customer‑ready at all times.
• Rotates merchandise regularly and checks for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.
• Ensures merchandise is accurately signed and priced. Follows established procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, signing, flagging, pricing, and labeling.
• Adheres to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper food handling, product rotation, sell‑by dates, expiration dates, and sanitation and cleaning procedures.
• Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and hazard‑free work area by removing debris, spills, and unnecessary items, and by following all Company policies and Health and Safety guidelines.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.
• High Task Volume in a Fast-Paced Environment
• Performs physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting inventory, equipment, or supplies weighing up to 20 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.

Merchandising and Feature Maintenance

Maintains department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.

Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance
