Job summary

Walmart Canada in Mission, BC is seeking an Associate to support receiving and flow of merchandise from unloading trailers to stocking the sales floor, while ensuring a safe, clean environment and teamwork.

You will prepare the floor for opening, label and sign features, move pallets for overnight processing, assist customers, and uphold store policies. Minimum pay starts at CAD 18.40 per hour, with commitment to safety.

• The main differentiator between this role and day/evening fulfillment is there is a stronger emphasis on labelling and placing merchandise in the backroom bins/stocking

• Assisting in stocking the sales floor as assigned and providing customer service if necessary
• Label the sales floor for store opening
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence toCompany policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure

Job description

Position Summary...

To provide customer service by completing assigned tasks relating to receiving and the flow of merchandise through to the sales floor. This will be accomplished by unloading trailers, pulling pallets to the floor and assisting in the processing of merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.40.
