Job summary

Walmar in Wainwright, AB is seeking an Over-the-Counter Associate to assist customers, zone the store area, and support the Pharmacy or OTC Department Manager while upholding Walmart's Basic Beliefs.

You will rotate stock, follow pricing and labeling procedures, maintain a clean area, ensure confidentiality, calibrate equipment used in prescription filling, and contribute to department sales with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
• Maximize department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
• Rotate stock and check for expired products.
• Zone the department.
• Follow proper procedures for: Ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, and signing/flagging/pricing/labels.
• Keep the area N.C.O. and free of fixtures, unnecessary debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
• Maintain zero pricing errors (i.e. Scanning Credibility Program).
• Calibration of equipment used in the prescription filling process.
