Job summary

Walmart Canada in Timmins, ON is seeking an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to pick, pack, and dispense online orders with a focus on accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
• Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
