• Support Customers and Team Operations: Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards: Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.
