Walmart Canada is seeking an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to pick, pack, and dispense online orders with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced retail environment. You will help deliver a seamless online shopping experience and build customer trust and loyalty by following safety and hygiene standards.

This role supports high-quality service with documentation, labeling, and efficient packing while remaining flexible to evenings, weekends, and holidays

What you'll do...

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders
Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery. Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.
Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy
Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.
Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing
Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
Support Customers and Team Operations
Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.
Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards
Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks. Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runssmoothlyand customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
