What you'll do... WHAT YOU'LL DO Pick, Pack, and Prepare Customer Orders

• Picks and assembles customer orders from different temperature areas with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery.


• Packs orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes.


• Ensure Product Quality and Order Accuracy Selects fresh, high-quality products and removes damaged or unsuitable items. Completes all required documentation and labels accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels.


• Maintain Efficient and Organized Packing Packs totes efficiently to make the best use of space while maintaining product quality and safety standards.


• Support Customers and Team Operations Balances fulfillment tasks with positive customer interaction, providing assistance and helping resolve issues when needed.


• Follow Safety, Food Hygiene, and Quality Standards Maintains a clean and safe work area by following food hygiene and safety procedures, cleaning spills promptly, and ensuring totes are clean before use. Operates equipment safely and completes required safety checks.


• Demonstrates flexibility and contributes ideas to improve processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.


• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.
