Job summary

Walmart Canada in Powell River, BC is looking for a store associate to provide customer service by completing all modulars and ensuring items are safely stocked with accurate signage in a clean, safe environment.

You will support merchandising, printing labels, reviewing floor plans for accuracy, attaching modulars to the system, and maintaining fixture integrity while upholding company policies. Minimum age 18; this is a part-time, hourly role based in-store.

• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard-free environment by following policy and completing safety logs.
• Setting modular Home Office Bought Features and merchandising non basic items.
• Prints modular labels and reviews floor plan accuracy.
• Ensures modular are finalized in the system and stocked via aisle location attachment process.
• Verifies fixtures and supplies are proper and replaced when needed.
• Uses correct signage as dictated by modular guidelines.

• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Setting modular Home Office Bought Features and merchandising non basic items.
• Printing modular, labels and reviewing the floor plan for accuracy.
• Ensuring modular are finalized in the system through aisle location attachment process and stocked.
• Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary.
• Using proper signage as the modular dictates (i.e. beanies).

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.70.
