Job summary

Walmart Canada in Lethbridge, AB is hiring a maintenance cleaner to participate in a structured cleaning program and help maintain a clean, safe shopping and working environment.

You will follow Food Safety standards, clean Fresh Departments such as coolers and freezers, inspect equipment, and ensure supplies are available. This role supports in-store certification programs and adheres to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with the Stocking 3 Coach and cooperates with the associates on a comprehensive cleaning regiment.
• Complies with all Food Safety standards and cold chain guidelines.
• Executes timely cleaning of all Fresh Departments include coolers, freezers and display fixtures.
• Assist in the inspection all maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper working condition and ensures sufficient supplies are available.
• Promotes a safe working environment by ensuring completion of required in-store certification programs and work in accordance with all Company policies and procedures
• When required, clean floors following a system of; mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and maintaining carpets, including all non-sales floor areas.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.95.
