Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns.
• Cover assigned areas of the sales floor and assist with Front End coverage when required; communicate with teammates to maintain floor coverage and meet customer needs.
• Zone assigned areas to maintain a clean, organized sales floor; move feature merchandise to its modular location and recover merchandise from service areas.
• Stock merchandise and picks, complete downstocking, apply product protection, and set modulars including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Maintain a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment by following policies, completing safety checks, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

What You'll Do

Deliver An Excellent Customer Experience

Provides friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns as needed.

Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support

Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required. Communicates with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained and customer needs are met.

Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery

Zones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Moves feature merchandise to its modular location and processes recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.

Stocking and Modular Execution

Stocks merchandise and picks, completes downstocking as required, applies product protection when needed, and sets and completes modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.

Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance

Maintains a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment by following Company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)

• Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high‑quality service.

• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
