Responsibilities

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns as needed.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required, ensuring floor coverage and customer needs are met.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery maintains a clean and organized sales floor, moves feature merchandise to its modular location, and processes recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas.
• Stocking and Modular Execution stocks merchandise and picks, completes downstocking as required, applies product protection, and sets and completes modulars including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance maintains a safe, clean, hazard‑free work environment by following Company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.

What you'll do

• Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
