Position Summary...

What you'll do...

1. Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting customers politely, assisting with product promotion, locating merchandise, helping with purchase decisions, resolving issues, and referring concerns as needed.
2. Cover assigned areas on the sales floor.
3. Zone assigned areas.
4. Move feature merchandise to its designated location.
5. Recover merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other store areas.
6. Assist with Front End coverage.
7. Communicate with team members to ensure floor coverage.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
9. Stock merchandise, pick items, handle downstocks if applicable, apply product protection, and set up modulars and shelf caps.
