Responsibilities

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving concerns.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support by covering assigned areas, assisting with Front End coverage, and coordinating with teammates.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery by maintaining a clean, organized floor, relocating feature merchandise, and handling recovery from service desks.
• Stocking and Modular Execution by stocking merchandise, completing downstocking, applying product protection, and setting modulars and new shelf caps.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance by keeping a safe, clean store, following policies, and ensuring displays are secure.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) by being open to evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support store operations.

What you'll do

• Deliver an Excellent Customer Experience
  Provides friendly and professional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, promoting products and services, helping locate merchandise, supporting purchase decisions, and resolving or referring customer concerns as needed.
• Sales Floor Coverage and Team Support
  Covers assigned areas of the sales floor and assists with Front End coverage when required. Communicates with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained and customer needs are met.
• Merchandising, Zoning, and Recovery
  Zones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Moves feature merchandise to its modular location and processes recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.
• Stocking and Modular Execution
  Stocks merchandise and picks, completes downstocking as required, applies product protection when needed, and sets and completes modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance
  Maintains a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following Company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
• Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule)
  Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

  • Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
