Job summary

Walmart Canada in Montreal is seeking a General Merchandise Associate to deliver an outstanding customer experience, greet customers, assist with product selection, and promote products and services. You will help locate merchandise, stock and organize shelves, and ensure a safe, clean store environment.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will work as part of a team to cover sales floor areas, support front-end operations, and maintain accurate stock levels

Communicates with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained and customer needs are met.Merchandising, Zoning, and RecoveryZones assigned areas to maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Moves feature merchandise to its modular location and processes recovery merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.Stocking and Modular ExecutionStocks merchandise and picks, completes downstocking as required, applies product protection when needed, and sets and completes modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.Safety, Cleanliness, and ComplianceMaintains a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following Company policies and procedures, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.Flexibility (Availability/Work Schedule) • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
