Job summary

Wal-Mart Canada Corp. is seeking team members to support and process transactions while delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.

You will greet customers, handle transactions, promote sponsor programs, assist with bagging, promote safety, and maintain cash register integrity while referring complex items to supervisors as needed. The role includes educating customers on self-checkout usage and adhering to store procedures.

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
