Walmart Smiths Falls in Ontario is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support and process transactions, ensuring a positive shopping experience and driving customer loyalty.

You will greet customers, handle purchases, promote services like credit card and protection plans, assist with bagging and loading, and help maintain safety and cash integrity across the store. This role requires friendly communication and adherence to company policies.

• Promotes company sponsor programs, ie. Credit card service, product protection and charity initiatives.
• Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through diligent cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refers appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.10.
