Job summary

Walmart Canada is hiring a front-end associate at the Peace River store to greet customers, process transactions, and promote sponsor programs. You will assist with bagging, ensure safety, and maintain register integrity.

Position requires attention to cash handling procedures and ability to refer complex items to leadership. Training on self-checkout will be provided.

• Assists customers with bagging and loading of merchandise.
• Ensures safe work practices are followed including proper lifting and keeping a clean work area.
• Maintains register security and integrity through cash handling, adherence to relevant company policies and awareness of surroundings.
• Refs appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Team Lead.
• Educating and supporting customers on the correct and efficient use of self-checkout options.
